- All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after receiving the order confirmation.
- Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking details for your shipment.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the items.
- Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotions. Please check our website or promotional emails for such offers.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time within India is approximately 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- International orders may take 10-15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance times.

8. Shipping Restrictions
- Due to the delicate nature of our handmade products such as home decor, wall hangings, wall clocks, showpieces, meenakari paintings, spiritual art, and handmade paintings, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on these items unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct to avoid any issues with delivery.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the order. You will need to send us a photo or video of the damaged or incorrect product along with your order number for us to resolve the issue. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund based on the situation.
10. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
