We offer a 3-day return policy for most items from the date of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 3 days under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be returned with all accessories, tags, and original packaging intact.
- A photo or video of the product must be submitted to us at help@vncreations.com or sent via WhatsApp to +91-9359690128 showing the product and its condition. This is mandatory for processing returns.
Please Note:
- Handmade items such as home decor, wall hangings, wall clocks, showpieces, meenakari paintings, spiritual art, and other handmade paintings are not eligible for returns due to the unique and customized nature of these products.
- Products must be in original condition—items that are damaged, used, or altered cannot be returned.
2. Exchanges
We do offer exchanges for products within 3 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- The wrong product has been delivered (please send us a photo or video as proof).
- The exchange request is submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
How to request an exchange:

- Provide a photo or video of the product to confirm its condition.
- Once we verify the issue, we will process the exchange.
If the exchanged product is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or store credit.
3. Refunds

- The product is returned within 3 days and meets our return criteria.
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped (photo/video proof is required).
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, we may issue partial refunds for returned items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
